A deposit is required as per the rental agreement within 14 days
of booking the property. The rental balance is due 30 days prior
to arrival along with any damage deposit agreed to in the rental
agreement.
INCLUDED:
A short-term
rental property is furnished and includes kitchens equipped with
dinnerware, cookware and linens; each is also equipped with TV,
microwave, coffee maker, fridge, stove, telephone, towels and
bedding. Also provided are starter soaps and paper products.
Properties noted as long-term rental are unfurnished, although
furnishings may be arranged for an additional fee. Appliances
included are noted on the detailed "property page".
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
Short-term rental
bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to
Sunday, although there are exceptions. Check-in time is not
before 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out time is not
later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure [unless otherwise
stated]. It is important that guests respect these times so
that the owner has an opportunity to ensure the property is
ready for you or for the next renter.
TRAVEL
INSURANCE:
Due to
unexpected circumstances that may arise and prevent you from
traveling, or the possibility of any misfortunes that you may
experience while on your vacation, it is strongly recommended
that renters purchase travelers insurance. We do not supply
insurance,
but you may be able to obtain it from your financial
institution, insurance agent/broker; or, perhaps your credit
card provider may extend this coverage. A couple of other
suggestions are:
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rental homes.
PETS:
Ask us about your pet, some properties permit them.
Any additional fees that are charged with respect to guests
traveling with their pet are a reflection of the additional
cleaning costs incurred by a property owner for accepting pets.
The fee is not a financial penalty applied to the guest who is
travelling with their pet.

Beach Cottages will not be liable in any event for any
indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, whether
they be foreseeable, or unforeseeable, based on claims
(including, but not limited to) for damages, mistakes,
omissions, interruptions, deletion or corruption of files,
errors, defects, delays in preparations or transmission arising
out of or in anyway connected with the use of this website or
any service whether based on contract or otherwise. Crescent
Beach Cottages assumes no liability in any circumstance:
including and not restricted to: well or septic
malfunctions, storm damage, pests, appliance failure, thefts or
mold. |
