Works
IT'S EASY:

info@crescentbeachcottages.com to confirm availability. All
rates are quoted in Canadian dollars. A deposit is required as
per the rental agreement . For short-term rentals, the rental
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival along with any damage
deposit agreed to in the rental agreement.
INCLUDED:
A vacation rental property is furnished and includes kitchens
equipped with dinnerware, cookware and linens; also equipped
with TV/VHS or DVD, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, stove,
telephone, towels and bedding. Also provided are starter soaps
and paper products. Properties noted as long-term rental are
unfurnished, any appliances included are noted on the detailed
"property page".
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. - unless
otherwise agreed. When guests depart a vacation rental, a
cleaning crew arrives to prepare the property for the next
guest. They will launder the linens, remake the beds, clean the
kitchen and baths, vacuum, dust and restock soaps and paper
products. The additional cost of carpet cleaning, as well as any
missing items or accidental damage to the home will be deducted
from the damage deposit. Any balance will be returned within 14
days of guest departure.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted in any of the rental homes.
PETS:
Ask us about your pet, some properties permit them.
CANCELLATIONS:
With respect to a vacation rental, we do our best to fill any
vacancy left by a cancellation so we can refund the deposit less
a $75.00 administration fee. However, if the vacancy cannot be
filled any deposit is forfeited. Cancellation notices must be
provided in writing.
