upgraded with modern comforts. Ideal for two, this 3-acre property with direct
water frontage on "Crooked Channel" provides a southerly exposure .

A drive down this private lane, takes you to the acreage. Good
privacy on most of the acerage with interesting views of local fishermans
wharves and boats. Artists may wish to
enjoy the subject matter this "little corner of the world" offers.

with the modern amenities. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric range,
coffee maker and microwave. The master bedroom is on the main floor as is the
